The wonderful symbolic peace artwork you see accomanying
our forthcoming special was very kindly designed and created
for us by the Canadian artist Marjorie Toro. She is, as you can
see one highly gifted individual and a successful artist in her
own right. She's also a dear TD Fan and friend who made the
connection with TDFZ itself some time back
when the Peace music special idea first began she was
immediately the first person that sprang to mind who I
knew could help get our message across so visually.
An enormous thanks to Marjorie for her magnificent
contribution to our cause, and for her invaluable time
and effort.
The work Majorie and I finally selected for our show logo
was from an original piece of art of hers entitled Pulpit Of Energy.
She then readapted it as the logo by manipulating the various
shades to Tangerine (my input of course
)
