the loreley prog rock festival will star in 2008 :
Klaus Schulze ... AND Tangerine Dream !

Fantastic news.
I would love to go. Doesn't seem to far from Frankfurt! So the journey should be possible with train, I hope.
Move over Roskilde. KS and TD in Loreley !!!

Journey to festival by car Guests from Cologne / Bonn:
follow A61 till Kreuz Koblenz / cross Koblenz
on the Kreuz Koblenz Nod / cross Koblenz north on A48 heading Montabaur
exit 10 on B9 (direction: Niederlahnstein/bath Ems)
then B42 in the direction of Saint Goarshausen
then follow the signs
Guests from Rhine/Main
follow B42 till Kaub
leave B42 in the direction of Bornich
then follow the signs
Journey to festival by bus The nearest railway station is the railway station Sankt Goarshausen. From there you take best of all one coach to the Loreley (“Loreley Abzw. Bornich”). For further information please visit

ok, it´s a 3 day festival....... so i think that they will play at different days because of their equipment(change)

They have told me the op is in March so i may just be lucky enough to make it............fingers crossed
