I have to agree. I wasn't into Klaus Schulze back then and purchased both RFH1 & RFH2 CDs much later on and was very disappointed with the music.....

I thought for a while that i maybe just didn't "get it" or something.....

I think he just goes waaaaaaaaaaaay overboard with his use of samples, and the music just doesn't seem to flow.....

Only IMHO mind you.....
Be at one with the sequencing.....

same here....I just found KS live 91....one long sampling bore fest....and it was made worse when he announced....music with the sequencer, then proceeded with more repetitive samples.....oh well.....Timewind rules...as well as irrlicht...etc :D

I went to Derby in the late 90s to see a mini E Music festive. Klaus Schulze was the headline act, the others was Bekki Williams, Code Indido(I think) and Mazlyn Jones.

Have to say I had one of my best ever sleeps that night.

EnTrance & M Pads (Per. Plan) my favourites for sure...

Think the 'floating' music is back (Kont) so should attract a few more lost souls..............

Don't want to go on my own

Super album. I love it. Would love to go as well. But 2008 is very uncertain for me.

my favorites are mirage, x, dune, trancefer and audentity .......... the rest for me is boring² ......... my ears today needs more melodies and changes.

i´ve seen ks in 79 at the dune tour (with arthur brown),......... than a concert in a church (with manuel goettsching) ........than in 83 ........and at the cologne event in front of the koelner dom (cathedrale)

it would be nice if edgar and ks would make a jam session at the loreley ........ 100 synthies in concert :)

Fantastic news.

I would love to go. Doesn't seem to far from Frankfurt! So the journey should be possible with train, I hope.

Move over Roskilde. KS and TD in Loreley !!!

Anybody been to the Loreley Festival before?
What's the best way to get there?
What are the facilities like?
Where can you stay over-night?

....I'm off to check out the festival webpage.

i wasn´t there........ but without car it´s imo very difficult to reach the festival place......... maybe there are buses from St. Goarshausen or you need a taxi or rent a car.......... it´s on top of a rock above the rhine river.

friends of me were there and the most people make camping.

on google earth you can see the festival place.
