Too be 100% honest I'm not 100% sure but I think that is row 18, 17 seats from the left (and in the left side) - I'm guessing E3 stands for Ebene 3.

I stand ready to be corrected!

enlarge the plan and you can see the rows and it´s numbers printed in the corridor/stairs from row 1 to 32.
