At this rate it looks like Destination Berlin will soon overtake Rubycon as the TD fans' favourite album
Count me in too, makes 4 then :D
I like Berlin Summer Nights very much.

And I make 5. I do love to listen to Destination Berlin when I'm going for a walk on a lovely day, it's such a warm, positive and vibrant album :)

I must say that I hardly ever listen to Rubycon any more though, really.

Two of my favourite DVDs actually. You might have a point there.

Well I gave Destination Berlin another go. Agree that Berlin Summer nights is the best track. As for rest of the album.................................................................I will give it another go in a month or so

Possibly when having a barbecue and some beers :P Think that might be the correct environmental conditions.

Just listened to Destination Berlin again. Nice album if a little light-weight.

+1

I think TD should perform a live version of it at their concerts.

They did in Berlin in 1990. It's on the East CD.

Can't say I'm fond of "Turning Off The Wheel" / "The Golden Horn" at all. Heck, I'd take "Twin Soul Tribe" over it any day.

Actually, I think Turning Off The Wheel is an OK track, though a bit monotonous.

Absolutely LOVE all tracks they've ever made... with the exception of "Purple Haze". For me that's the worst one, even though I don't hate it, but I think it was so... meh!!! It's just a tribute to Jimi Hendrix, but I really ouldn't get any feeling while listening to it. It left me cold. Only track I always skip if I'm not in the mood to listen to it again.

we do not really hate any TD music, but the LP ' LE PARC ' is pretty dire.

bought this on vinyl when it first came out, only played it a couple of times.

must be the best vinyl copy around nowadays, like brand new
