can i just say that ash ra tempel are the one greatest krautrockian space jam freak out band of all zeit.....er, possibly....ashra?.....stunning...no fan of electronic tonalities should be without a dose of manuels oddly compelling music 8) :arrow:

the first ash ra tempel album is so mind expandingly ash ra lian as to be the near greatest music ever made.......until td kicked in then and we had - and have, totality in creative music for the mind and spirit...in fact the whole ash ra schulze tangerine dream axis is the epicentre of all we know in electronica

Manuels CD's are really cheap if you look on Amazon UK (Ash Ra Tempel). Just buy New Age Of Earth on CD and have done with it.....

For those Synths spotters amongst you, Manuel uses Chris Franke's custom rhythm controller/ sequencer for most of the mid-seventies. It's a square box, with loads of buttons.
