Angela has told us this wonderful news I leave you her words:
Hi everyone, this time I want to inform you about pregnancy.
It happened in May, and now the baby inside me and I are healthy.
To be honest, when this year began, I was pregnant too. But when I was collapsed by a sudden pain, I noticed that it was an ectopic pregnancy.
My life was in danger with the progress of this pregnancy, and I had an operation. Become a mother is for me a long-cherished dream, so this was painful physically and mentally.
But this summer I could become pregnant again.
I'm full of feelings of joy and gratitude from the bottom of my heart.
Being a mother will change suddenly my daily life, but it doesn't change any of my feelings about the music. With my experience as singer-songwriter until now I have been very happy.
From now I'll continue making albums in that manner, from now, my purpose in live continues being to deliver all of you my music in live.
I have seen so much women working, or going in train, etc while they are pregnant. And I, like they, will continue working until the common maternity leave.
Therefore this year, next 26th of December I'll make a hikigatari concert in Budokan! My belly will be so big at this time, but I'll sing! I have talked about this with my doctor, so don't worry for this.
I think that it will be a miracle live for once in lifetime.
My movement may be somewhat limited, for this there'll be a long talks (Laughts). And more that anything, I will deliver all of you with the music the "delicate" and "depth" feelings with each song.
Please, watch it warmly.

Happy Birthday~!
And congratulations for your pregnancy!

New blog entry: "Performance at 62th NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen!!"
After some time, I bring you a really happy news!
What it will be!!?
Angela Aki will be at "Kohaku Uta Gassen" for six consecutive time.
The theme of this year is "Let's sing for tomorrow".
Really this year has happen so much things, and with music we'll try to give you a bit of courage an try to put on you a smiling face. For this Angie is looking for be on Kohaku's stage.
This year, Angie will be on Kohaku stage with a baby of 9 months inside her!
"Kohaku Uta Gassen" will be a good conclusion for this year 2011!
After some time, I bring you a really happy news!

"SONGBOOK" is the sixth studio album by Angela Aki. This time is a best of all the cover songs she has made until now, plus two new cover songs, "Material Girl" and "True Colors".
All the songs has been re-recorded, with the exception of "We're All Alone", "Creep" and "Still Fighting It".
"Honesty" is a new recording of the same song but this time in Japanese.
Plus also there post to be a live concert on DVD shows all her Tours over the years.
It won’t be announcement sometime early as next year.
Once I compete all her collections I done with The Angela Aki Years.

It look like I won’t be ending or finishing of the Angela Aki years how seen after all. 
Last week she did special concert on TV NHK Japan.
Rehearsals of "Kohaku Utagassen"
Today Angie has been in the rehearsals of "Kohaku Utagassen". With this all is done for her perfomance next 31st of December, remember that she will sing "One Family" and she will be the third artist singing. Here you have all the pics of the rehearsals.
I'll post some more stuff later.

Angie has given birth!
Angela herself has written on her official facebook page 15 minutes ago giving us this happy news:
"Hi Everyone! I just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. “Motherhood” has opened up a new chapter in my life, and my heart is dancing with joy. I have a tour coming up this year, so I plan to come back full force! Hope to see some of you there!"
