As I understand it, Vangelis has not given up music for painting. He continues to compose & record, but currently has no impetus to release new music. JMJ is just speculating about his activities.

Have to agree BM. was listening to Antarctica and The City over the weekend. Equally as good. 8)

Still missing much of the 80s stuff here (Antarctica, Direct, Invisible Connections).

The City is indeed nice, and The Procession is an incredible closing track (if following closely on the tracks of Niña Pinta Santa Maria)…

My fave V album....never tire of it a beautiful album. Never had a chance to see the movie though.

I had see the Movie it was a tearjerker.
I Feel sorry for Sled dogs only 2 made it from a wintering.
It too bad put for the DVD for the Criterion collection.
That well be interesting movie plus the Rare USA Trailer and Japanese Trailer.
To bad they never upload for the USA Trailer on youtube site.
