Just got notice that my Quantum Gate order was shipped. I am in California and purchased through Pledge Music. I will post again once received to give folks an idea on the ship time length.

In addition to the cover posted earlier in this thread we have this one. Can anyone confirm which version of the cover will come with the Pledge pre-order campaign and which will come with the Documentary DVD pre-order campaign. And what version is in the Eastgate shop? I would like one of each, so just wonder if I may have to order from Eastgate as well, if both the DVD and the Pledge versions are the same. Thanks.

Edit: Or if I may have to order from Kscope or buy in retail store (they have got it in my local store now) if both Pledge, Kickstarter and Eastgate versions are the same.

Got an email from PledgeMusic this morning saying, I thought, that my order had shipped, but on closer inspection it was just saying the Poster had shipped, but not the CD, T-Shirt, Sessions album etc!! Seems a bit odd to spend separate postage on the poster and then have to pay further postage when they send the rest!! Still, I suppose someone knows what they are doing - I'm blowed if I do!!

I got the same email. Guess the poster is sent in a tube, and thus hard to pack with the rest. Still, when I logged in to check, the rest is not sent. Don't remember, but think it said pledge will be fulfilled by the end of October. That is tough when the album is already out in retail stores.

Yes, Insvims - I have bought another copy of the cd as I could not wait another month!! I know the one from PledgeMusic will be signed but could they not have been signed in time for the 29th Sep release?? Very odd. As yet, nobody has been able, or is willing, to say why that is.

I ordered from Pledge Music on 29/9 and received an email two days ago:

Last weekend I also received an E-Mail from Pledge Music that the CD was shipped. Today I received an E-Mail from german DHL, they wrote PackSmart Ltd. transmitted electronically a shipment number. I don’t expect any other parcel from UK, so I think it is the Quantum Gate CD.

All very strange. Some people getting the CD, some not. Does not seem to be any system going on - all just random. Not well organised at all!!
