Oh dear! Looks like this new blu-ray version has only the 'Directors Cut' without the TD soundtrack on it.

Yeah, and according to Amazon.com, when it was released in the US on Bluray, the director's cut has a poor picture quality as well....

I live in the uk it bought Legend on a region 1 DVD disc...it has both cuts of the film and is superb quality. I haven't made the jump to blu-ray yet as these other things on my 'wants' list but buying it on dvd is a great way of seeing both cuts at a reasonable price! I also have Sorcerer on region 1 dvd...great film although the picture quality isn't the greatest.

yes we noticed the release of LEGEND on blu ray last month, finger poised on the order now button, but on a certain shop website (p**y . c*m) you can zoom in on the back cover, and unfortunately it is the version with the jerry goldsmith soundtrack, not the TD version, finger now nowhere near the order now button, shame.
would love to own this on blue ray with the TD soundtrack, but we do not want to pay silly US import prices :(
