Steve Jolliffe lyricals

Post by Taximan431 »

I like Steves vocals & always enjoy seeing him play at " the Ricochet gathering" . His music is very emotionally gripping. He plays flute while his trademark sound is
speaking low key into the mouthpiece while playing very
effective

I've only heard Steve's two Lps on the Pulse label (Journeys out of the body and Japanese Butterfly) they were both brilliant, and display his mastery of acoustic and electronic instruments.

JOLLIFFE RULES ON CYCLONE!

Post by Mars »

I personally love the Cyclone album. Steve`s vocals suits perfect to both "Bent Cold Sidewalk" & "Rising Runner missed by the endless sender". I think that both tracks would be ruined with another vocalist. I also think that both tracks would be just perfect as pure instrumentals as well. :D
