This clip is, distortion and all, gives an idea of what will be possibly one of Ulrich's greatest hits:

Particularly the first 30 seconds or so. I was soaring when I heard this for the first time live.

A new interview where Ulrich talks in detail about what happens in his head when making music (there is a cute bit about colours) and what message he tries to send with his music (I agree with that message wholeheartedly). Oh, and what is the current target date for album 4.

‎"Charlie May is currently working in the studio with UNKLE and Ulrich Schnauss for his forthcoming album"
http://www.teninonetalent.com/newslette ... index.html

Let's count:
- 4th solo album
- Kirsty Hawkshaw album
- Pedigree cuts album
- Kaboom soundtrack album
- Charlie May album

Stop teasing us Ulrich! :)

Happy new year to everyone, and let's wish we are flooded with Schnauss music in 2011.

Nice little interview. Fine collection of keyboards. How much would I love to spend some time in his studio? Also nice that he's still name-checking TD.

Got to hear Ulrich Schnauss's completely all new live material on Friday night at his gig in Derry. Brilliant stuff, can't wait for the new album release which probably won't be released for another 6 months or so yet.

I spotted him at the Global Communication gig, he seemed to be enjoying it.

Superb..... they played about 60 mins of 76:14 which had been recreated. they also played Epsilon Phase from Blood Music and finished of with The Way.

I was impressed with the visuals which fitted with the music really well although the venue didnt dim the lights due to safety issues and that took away from some of the atmosphere. The venue also had character actors prancing around in front a lot of the time as the theame was Space - Out Of This World

But cant complain as it was a great gig. check out youtube there is a lot of videos there also from the Glade Festival where they also played it.

Hopefully Ill get to see them again in a better venue

Ulrich is touring live in Europe now.
New album is very near:) It will not be easy to repeat fantastic first 3 albums, but new stuff is really fantastic (again)...
Here are some couple of excerpts from Ulrich's saturday concert in Moscow recorded from webcast:

I hope Ulrich will join TD someday* because he is the best electronic musician in the world.
