I understand why obscene words are accepted, but the rest ... it's just strange.

No he was'nt and isn't. I posted this topic in the wrong catagory. So I am sorry.
I myself like all albums of Cretu I own them all except the newest. I will buy it soon. But TD still is my favo. Next to that I can appreciate symphonic metal ( Sonata Artica, rhapsody, dreamtheater ). That is because in my teenage years I loved sympho and synth music. With beginning of the 90ties I discoverd the house and dance movement including the ambient touch of Enigma. Still like it.

The new album is very poor IMO...I've listened to the set three times and can't get it at all. No decent tracks at all IMO.

Matter of taste. I myself are a musician in my freetime and try to listen critical to his tracks. When I look at his discographie there is enough variety.
-1- Erotic dreams ( his first one never noticed ).
-2- MCMXC a.d.
-3- The cross of changes
-4- Le Roi et mort, vive le Roi!
-5- The screen behind the mirror
-6- Voyageur
-7- a Posteriori
and his newest album which I did'nt listen to:
