My TD Weekend itinery...

Post by GlynRichards »

Just so that people know where I'll be if they need to dump bags etc.

Friday: 13:30 train to Liverpool St. Then straight over to the Dream.
Something in the evening going on by can't quite remember what 8)
Saturday: Up for breaky and will hang around until 10:30 - 11am in case people need to dump stuff in room.
Will try to get to the pre-meet for 2-3pm. Mrs. G has a birthday coming up so am gonna try to do some Oxfordstreetness.

Sunday: Up for Breaky and then over to the railway station that likes marmade to get the Express to Heathrow. 12:45 flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh.
Get the flybybus from EDI to the city getting off at the Haymarket stop. Check in and wander over to the pre-gig meet at Mathers.

Phew!

Glyn...don't bother with Oxford Street mate, you'd be better off with Seven Dials or some more interesting shops in the side streets

Where's that then?
Between Covent Garden and Leicester Square... all around that area the shops are more interesting and the experience far nicer.

cheers BTF, I agree a hundred times better than Oxford street, the shops are usually something different and sometimes far cheaper to:

http://www.sevendials.co.uk/

http://www.sevendials.co.uk/seven_dials_map.cfm

printable map of all the shops (note...all within a small area)

http://www.sevendials.co.uk/images/map/map.pdf

btw...don't forget that Fopp is open until 10pm :)

btw as you are in Shepherds Bush, why not try Europes' largest shopping centre (in SB) which opens today
