One of our suppliers has just been bought out by Siemens. Now when I phone them I'm greeted by the message "Welcome to Siemens Medical Solutions" which sounds vaguely disgusting.

:D I've encountered a couple of good Company names over the years. There was a company called "Wayne Kerr" (really). I always laughed, when their telephonists answered the phone. Also, I once had occasion to deal with a company called Mannol Lubrication Services. (don't ask).

One Christmas Eve at work, we had a customer return to collect his vehicle. I insisted on dealing with the customer myself, as he was called Mr. Messiah. When handing over his car keys, I glibly remarked "You're a day early" All I got in return was a blank stare and an insistence that he was back at the correct time. Wasted!
