There were many things that made this gig stand out...
Hearing so much material live for the first time; the intimacy of the venue (not exactly small, but certainly the smallest place I've seen TD perform in); hearing Edgar play a Mellotron; a fantastic bit of axe wielding from Edgar (was it me, or was that one of the best I've heard him play?)
Plus an excellent series of fan-meets in a very friendly and accommodating city.
It will be impossible for me to say how it goes down in history, until it becomes a deeper part of history...

I can only agree. TD should hire you as full-time photographer, as it looks you have taken the photos while standingon the stage (but you didn't, and people didn't get annoyed ;) )

Great photos - thanks.

The eindhoven weekend was a wonderfull experience, even after the abrupt stop on the M25 (CJ!) , and the night long wait in Stanstead airport, with an event of this nature as the result nothing could dampen our spirits.

On arrival at our hotel , we were met with some of the nicest hotel staff ive ever come across, allowing us to check in 3hrs before schedule, must have been the Zombie look that did it !.
The hotel became the focal point for Saturdays drinking spree, and after a couple of hrs sleep we met upwith the usual (and unusual) suspects, for quality conversations and a general good laugh. This has now become the norm for TD weekends, and is nearly on the same level as the actual concerts !.

Sunday morning we were awoken with the sounds of Michael Jackson, and portable bars being set up in the Market Square, this was for the afternoons football match where we were told up to 20,000 people would be gathered to watch the match on a very large screen.
By the time we met up with Stalle to walk to the Irish pub for the pre concert meet, we were starting to struggle with the crowds!.

Another good meeting at O'shea's with again the usual & unusual and other fans from around the globe. Then the march to the Venue........

EB.

When are we likely to see some 'offical' TD photo's from Eindhoven appearing on the site ?
