all, after the rubbermoog clocked his photos from frankfurt and under heavy manners from her who will be obeyed...Im on a diet


therefore, no curry, kebabs, chips, cheese...........jam or cockles.


on a liquid diet......so far in 3 weeks have reduced to 34 inch waist and IQ of 69.....


wish me luck....target weight is 11 stone from 14 :arrow:

Good luck Rubberman...........thinking about,if you wear the rubber suit you wont have to diet as thee rubber will hold all thee wobbly bits in :idea: :idea: keep on gorging me old china,lifes to short :mrgreen:

Ive got to go down this road soon..... before I met the Mrs.P (to be) I was a very lanky 9st with a 28" waist ! I struggle to get one leg in the old trousers now !

thanks....the main problem for me..is cutting down on WIne and Beer....all those hidden calories.....plus...I must stop eating curries :arrow:

I wouldn`t have thought curries would be a problem if you had some home made ones, just go easy on the rice and stay away from the creamy indian type of curries.

breakfast: apple, orange, grapes and a melon.....(fed to me by young nubile concubines....)


lunch: tuna salad ....dolphin friendly



tonite for dinner: chicken bweast and some lightly boiled cabbage
