Just watched the Matisse program in the Modern Masters series. Very good once again and also quite moving. Nice to hear some of Ulrich Schnauss' music making an appearance.

Saw a bit of the Led Zep stuff last night. Brought back many happy memories. What a great band they were. All looks a little dated now though.

Been watching old episodes of Robot Wars on Dave with the boys. What a great programme. You can't go far wrong with mindless violence. Wish they'd bring it back.

but I think the 'health and safety' 'laws' restrict its return, sadly.

Is that the reason it was cancelled? Seems a real shame, it was very popular at the time. Really don't see the risk.

no idea why it was cancelled, but I can imagine TV producers these days being very wary of H&S, especially at the bbc.......just a guess tho and speculation.

Sadly that's just too believable. Everything on TV these days is just so risk free and 'lowest common denominator'.
