In the middle of Scandinavia

Post by No Gravity »

Since Stockholm are situated "in the middle" of Scandinavia that's the place for TD. Fans from Finland, Denmark and Norway will have appr the same travel distance to Stockholm. And fans from all over the world have several airports to choose from (Stockholm Arlanda; German wings, Air Berlin, SAS, Lufthansa and many many more. Stockholm Skavsta Ryanair. Stockholm Vaesteras Ryanair) ...

Stockholm have many great arenas for a TD gig. For example http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c ... y_2007.jpg

And the pubs are filled with great beverages. And the girls ... say no more

A big WELCOME to TD and all the fans out there. See ya all in Sweden soon! :P

I think maybe Globen is a bit to big for TD Dan, but a trip to Stockholm to see TD would be most welcome by me :D

Quoting Wikipedia:

"Scandinavia is a historical and geographical region in northern Europe that includes the Scandinavian Peninsula. It consists of the kingdoms of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark; some authorities also include Finland and some might even include Iceland."

I think someone at Wikipedia is confusing Scandinavia and the NORDIC countries here. Finland and Iceland? Nordic countries yes, scandinavian countries no.

Well, there is no confusion as Wikipedia lists Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Denmark, the Danish territory of the Faroe Islands, and the Finnish territory of Åland as Nordic countries. Go see yourself.
