It's always a huge worry when your kids are sick, whatever age they are...

On a lighter note, I always remember my Mam tucking me up on the sofa when I was ailing, with the fire and the telly on - even as a young adult, she was always there... Years later, one Sunday when Dad was due on his weekly visit, I was feeling awful with 'flumonia! What did I get on his arrival? "Wish you'd told me you were ill - I wouldn't have bothered coming over..." :(

I have a fantastic relationship with my boy, but when he's under the weather and the chips are down, it's Mum he wants.... :)

I can vouch for that 100%,even tho i spend a lot of time going to rugby with my youngest son whos 15,even at 6ft 2 and 16 stone he stills calls for mum when he is ill........there is NO substitute for mum at times like that :arrow:
