TD's policy on YouTube

Post by MarkTheMorose »

What is TD's policy on their music being used in YouTube videos?

Is it like Jean Michel Jarre, where he seems happy as long as no-one is profiting, or taking credit?

I see fan remixes, like Aaron McPhee's, which are great, and credit TD with the original compositions, say. Mostly, it seems to be people adding video sequences to the music, as it seems appropriate to them. I can't say I've noticed anyone using TD clips to 'top and tail' their own videos.

I guess Edgar isn't extremely happy with it, but as long as he can do nada about it, that's the way it is. Even TD can't control the internet.
