Yesterday was Brew Day Sunday. My brother in law and I brewing our 3rd batch of homebrew. It's another double IPA using an all new hops called zythos. This was our first all grain beer. Using 16lbs of 3 different types of barley/grains. Took over 4 hours to brew. It's fermenting for two weeks and should be ready to keg then. Maybe three weeks.
