I would not pick him in my village side..................he might be one of the best dead-ball kickers in the world but he cant tackle cant head and has got no pace,the man has been hugely overated for years and i think he has got on because of his image.................to be honest his missus is an embarresment to him,i would have booted her out years ago :oops: . As a person Beckham seems a decent enough guy

The Americans are welcom to him. I'm sure Posh'll be in her element, although she won't stand out any more from all the other LaLa's there......

Saw him on the telly last night, trying to string a sentence together, says he's not doing it for the money. Is America known for it's high standard of footbal then? Maybe he thinks it's charity work? As long as it gets him off my telly it's worth the money. As long as it's not my money I couldn't care less.

Of course not, he is just an overrated English footballplayer. :)
Nothing more, and nothing less. He really doesnot fit in the row: Pele, Maradonna, Cruyff,
Zidane, Platini (for instance).
