Kind of a long drive from Beverly Hills to Irvine, particularly with LA traffic. Maybe they make house calls?

I don't think so. He has done quite a few good things in Hollywood. Less active the last few years though.

I doubt that it's cheap financially - probably a few hundred dollars per session.

"Cheap" morally, maybe..:)
