In this message... An amazing new Steve Schroyder (ex-Tangerine Dream) Disc...

STEVE SCHROYDER: S5-SOUNDSTEPS TO SPACE (CD-R 2009 - Stock # 1267654) CDR Ł 9.99
It's a great pity that - for a few quid more - this disc has not been made available as a fully-manufactured CD release, because musically and sonically it is brilliant, and for anyone into the "Berlin School" style of space music with rhythms it really is 5 lengthy tracks spanning just over fifty-seven minutes of pure manna from heaven!
I don't really need to say too much more really, because that kind of encapsulates what this CD-R is all about - If you love 70's period Tangerine Dream or Klaus Schulze, you'll love this disc from Steve Schroyder, who was one himself, a member of Tangerine Dream.
Track List:
01. Earth Year (17:24)
02. Orange Moonshine (10:28)
03. Venusian Sun (7:21)
04. Saturn The Master Of Time ((9:44)
05. Mercury (12:11)

Yep. That's exactly what I thought. I hate CDRs with a passion.

Thats too bad it was released on cdr. I miss the old TD 70's old school EM. I was going to buy this from vic. I'm still going to pick this one up. :)

I think Steve Schroyder did some really good solo. Especially his solo albums "Klänge Bilder Welten", "Sun" and "Klänge des Lebens" are brilliant IMO.

Think I'll get this, I thought his album "Massage and Relaxation" was great, especially the haunting 'Pendulum and Bell'. Odd title for the album considering its nothing like the New Age style it suggests.
