In some way, I find this yuppie-lyric to be the most wise words, I've heard in long time:

When you have cash in the pocket, you are the king
When you have cash in the pocket, you get the girls
When you have cash in the pocket, you get your way

You need cash - to fix your car
You need cash - to make a deal
You need cash - to stay alive

Cash walks
Cash talks
Cash opens the door

Honest, and very true!

hello, I must say I find all that I've heard with Peter Baumann extremely satisfing. His talent in TD was obvious, his solo albums were incredible cool, forward looking, experimental, and even commercial.
The LEDA lp is quite cool moroder/summer-esque discodancesequencer-pop. Nice!
Blue Room was good, too. It reminds me of Marillion

As a producer, I also enjoy his work. A production by PB, is very characteristic.
On Con by CS he appearantly lends some equipment, and PB "pushes" him into a more melodic direction.
Die Russen Kommt by Berlin Express, is a perfect blend of synthpop and avantgarde. I just love it!
On Cluster's Grosses Wasser, PB is most possible also a composer and perfomer.

It's a shame he's left the music scene.

I got mine last year for £10 each on e-bay.

No-one's interested in bidding if it means having to do anything other than PayPal.

There even less likely to bid if it means having to communicate in German with the sellers
