It just goes to prove that 'time flies when you are enjoying yourself'! ;-)

TangFanIRL wrote:Hi there,

I am pleased to announce that there will be a
'Johannes Schmoelling Special’ on the Tangerine Dream Fans Zone Radio show, presented by Chris Newman, next Saturday, June 7th, available to listen to from the internet and/or for download.

Johannes’s new solo CD
‘Early Beginnings’ will be released on June 9th and serves as an important historical document of the development of electronic music from 1979 until 1985. This special show will feature 3 new exclusive music tracks from Johannes’s new release ‘Early Beginnings’, as well as a special interview I did with Johannes in Berlin at the end of March 2008, together with selected music tracks from Johannes’s impressive back catalogue. The show will be almost an hour in length! You’ll find it at this web-link next Saturday:

Enjoy!

Regards,

Conrad Gibbons
Btw..is there a problem with this download today?

Hi Chaps, I've just checked the host server which appears to offline at the moment. It was fine this morning so I can only assume they may possibly be doing site maintenance which unfortunately I've got no control over. I'll keep an eye on it and post back here later and fingers crossed they've resolved it.

I'll gladly host a mirror on website. Just say when.

No probs Andy..always the way  This host server has been generally reliable from the start so will see what happens later. If push comes to shove I can bring forward the plan to hang and host the exisiting and all future progs directly from my server but I'll try sit that out for now and with luck it'll clear itself later.

Thanks for the offer Jacob, but as I say I'm hoping its a minor glitch the host has got and will wait to see if it resolves later. As with all of the shows and particularly so with the JS Special there was some pretty intensive advertising leading up to it so although frustrating to say the very least I'll let today pan out and failing that implement the show from my server if it turns out to be some major problem. Keep you all updated later.
