Help me ID this piece of music from 1980's General Hospital

Hello---I hope that someone out there can help me ID this piece of music. I was an avid fan of the soap General Hospital back in the early 80's and wanted to get a certain piece of music that I hope was a Tangerine Dream piece. I found it on You Tube as well if you would refer to the following link and go to the 3:30 point for the most extensive use of the piece. Sure would love to find it if you can help.
