TD multimedia photos

Post by 24db »

Er...how can I put this, there's seems to be a few errors with the labels and dates on some of the photos in this section. I wonder if 'we' can come up with the correct info and then forward it to TD?

Some 'guesses'

York Minster 1976? should read 1975 (Oct 20th)

Ditto for Liverpool Cathedral (Oct 16th)

TD played the French Orange festival in 1975 not 1974 (they were the reserve group for 1976 I seem to remember, perhaps KS replaced them?)

the shot just labelled Peter Baumann, with the drapes behind him and his PE modular is I think from the Royal Albert Hall in 1976 (the $18,000 modular didn't turn up until 1976, so there's no chance it was from an earlier year).

the shot of TD recording Hyperborea looks more like Tangram. The same photo was used in the German Magazine 'tip', dated 31.12.82-13.1.83, pages 66 and 67...and Hyperborea wasn't recorded until the fall of 1983

Your's are good mate. I was just annoyed I didn't ring the venue before and check there policy with photos. I 'could' have done some desent shots, but alas I didn't do it. Anyway...at least my shot of the Venue made it look slightly better than it was :D

I suffer from focusing difficulties in low light as well. Mine is a problem with the LCD screen showing the shot in focus, when it isn't. This is rectified by using autofocus (something I rarely do).
