I definetely would. I'm sure it would something complete different, but what I don't know.

Have you seen any bands warm up for TD? Did they make a lasting impression?

(how about Angela Aki opening for TD in Japan, next year?)
Didn't Nico open for TD at a concert ?(I'm thinking at Rheims Cathedral, but I could be wrong). Also, Andy Summers supported TD.

As for a support act nowadays, how about Jerome Froese?
Actually mate TD opened for Nico and played another set afterwards. Nico also gets top billing on the flyer/concert programme:

Thanks for the info, Andy. That flyer would make a nice t-shirt, methinks.

I would love to see these two acts together. Question is who would support who. I don't think any of the two is a support act to the other. It would just have to be a double act...

yes..... + klaus schulze ...... + jean michel jarre perhaps :) ......... i want the electronic woodstook :D

I wouldn't want another act taking up valuable TD stage time.

I've just been listening to a few samples at Amazon.com of Nico.... I wonder how she went down with the TD fans and I wonder if many Nico fans were also fans of TD? I do feel that there is about as much difference between Nico and TD as there is between Whigfield and TD, regardless of what people like.

I missed David Sylvian at the Royal Concert Hall on Saturday as the first advert for it in the press (unless I'm going senile) was on....Saturday. I wonder how well these shows are attended.

well...that's bleeding handy then!...perhaps they're using the same ad agency as TD? ;) We saw that Robots in Disguise are playing in Glasgow soon...and if you don't know who I'm talking about then you've not seen the Mighty Boosh! ;)

I'd like to see Edgar Froese (performing all solo album compositions) open for TD. To my knowledge, he has performed nothing from his solo albums live.
