Post by 24db »

I've just bought an old flyer from Orleans. Salle des Fetes, France. 21 Sept...has anyone any idea which year TD played this gig? I'm guessing it was the seventies

Perhaps 1975? 2 days before Reims Cathedral (I think).

I'll get back to my source...you might be right though Mick:

23.9.75 Concert: Reims Opera House, France. Presented by Scene (going by chronological list, btw I've produced my own list for ever day in 1974-1978...including all the tour dates and press cuttings)

Looked up the calender, the only times december 21st was on a sunday is either 1969, 1975 or 1980 if it was in that period, december 1st 1976 is a wednesday . . .

Andy

Even the people who have TD websites with a discography of concert dates have this down as 1,12,76

Even people with websites can be wrong (I know there's a gig in December, that's not the point mate, I want to find out if this was a cancelled additional date or it's fallen off our collective TD radar) That goes for that 1968 date, which isn't listed on any list...so far. You know who I'll be asking...I wonder if he'll sell his diaries?
