The next year's PHAEDRA FAREWELL TOUR will start with a sensational opener in Denmark:
TD will perform for the first time ever the complete score of WILLIAM FRIEDKIN's movie "SORCERER"
at the Copenhagen Film Festival CPH PIX on 3rd APRIL 2014.
This performance will be a world premiere in the presence of director William Friedkin and about 90 min long plus encores.
The well-known soundtrack of TD's first Hollywood movie can be heard in a newly arranged setting including some extra material
which didn't find its way into the original movie score. The extra score came from some sheet music Edgar wrote back in 1976 for the movie.

SORCERER will be performed in the great TIVOLI Concert Hall. Don't miss this unique concert - TD's first time in Denmark with such an extraordinary set!

Oh no, this can't be true! I was there and did not see the merchandise selling. Doh!
I went to the artist talk and then directly to the concert (floor seats). was the selling located upstairs?

No joking - there was a double cd "Sorcerer 2014" at the mercandise stalll in the upper lobby....
I guess it soon will be available in the shop too....

That was unfortunate, should have checked the upper lobby, I only have myself to blame. Well, as long as you don't make any worse mistakes in your life it is still ok.

Will have to give Sorcerer 1977 a few more spins while waiting.

Shame they only did this in Copenhagen. Will it ever be released on cd by TD? Understood that it wasn't recorded for dvd. Pity. Assume there will be a recording to be found somewhere on the internet someday, in case there won't be an official release.
