Don't think so, I'd guess in the early 70's...but that's a guess

Where did you get that nugget from Andy? It's priceless.

People wonder why TD are reluctant to tour. Add this to the Spain story where they where told to continue playing at gun point and it's a wonder they ever set foot out the door.

It was one of the anecdotes in one of the old Fan Club magazines. There's another good one where TD's fog machine breaks and leaks water all of the stage...so TD have to finish the last bit of the gig with their feet pulled up onto their stools, under the instruction 'don't touch anything metal with your hands or you'll get electrocuted! ....nice relaxing gig I can imagine ;)

The Spanish one in 1978 was where they got stoned...as in rocks! during a riot

Can't wait for Edgar's book. Wonder how many other such tales he can tell.

You can see why a few insults from the fans holds no fear for him.

I'm sure he's read worse from 'so called fans' over the years.

I'm really looking forward to the book, but at the current rate it'll take years to come out, afterall the only he leaves it they'll be even more releases to mention :)
