I always found the 90's too jazzy for me, as good a musician as PH was i didn't like the direction the band took.
Again as any so-so albums there is still good stuff on each album

Pretty much my take on things. Some good tracks, but no really outstanding albums.

I haven't got Melrose Colin, but I've heard most of the tracks. I'm afraid they didn't really grab me.

I haven't listened to the 90's albums in my collection much, due to the simple fact they are not as good as the 70's and 80's offerings (IMO). In the interest of fair play, I'll spin them a few more times.

I would say that TD are finally fully exploring the technology they've got, and through that producing music that I'm enjoying more than almost anything else.

They're definitely on a roll at the moment. If the 90's material led them to this point, then I'm grateful for that.

I agree Mick, it's definetley a progression, one thing led to another. It's not just the audience that should be surprised by each album, it should be the musicians as well (that's a bit of a no brainer really).

Yes BigMoog, Rockoon is a refreshing and moving album that has stood the test of time for me..... and it is my most played album of the 90's.

I've yet to hear all the 90's albums, but so far the soundtrack albums are the pick of the bunch for me.

The 90s studio albums are very much better than the soundtrack releases IMHO........apart from Oasis which is excellent
