the problem imho, is the variety of ticket vendors. I got mine from the venue, but others may have used other sources...when coughing near 50notes per ticket, i think we deserve efficient delivery (the email download to print yerself is a great idea).....

oddly, you still get charged a ticketing fee, even though you're using your own paper and ink :?

:( 8 days on and still no tickets here!! Why don't they have ones that you can print off at the time of ordering? That would make it so much easier, especially when you are ordering for other people too. The last thing you want is having to chase them up a few days before the event!! :(

I bought mine from ticketweb, and they allow you to print your own.
(and they still charge you a ticketing fee  )

:( Mine were thru Seetickets and their email says that they may not get sent until 14 days before the gig. If not received when only 5 days to go I can then contact them. Brilliant!! :(

Just had a call from Ticketweb saying it's all unreserved seating now.

This despite the only help on site saying the opposite
http://ticketweb.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37133/kw/tangerine%20dream

hey ho - always feel like less of a customer in the UK and more of a problem to be managed
