My Gran could only speak German (she was Austrian) and I picked up a lot of the language from her. Sadly my Dad was in the RAF at the end of WWII and he put a stop to all that. Now I know absolutely nowt German. Been thinking about learning it again.

I did German for 'A' level and I can still read it and get the basic outline of what's going on,
but speaking it and listening to interviews is a complete waste of time.
It's too fast for me to pick up even a quarter of the words. :(

If I had enough time I could translate the interview to English.
But sadly there's only 24hr in a day.
So I cannot promise anything .....

Maybe one of the German natives at this forum feels the need ..... :D

"Bio" means Alfred Biolek (a German entertainer). "Bio's Bahnhof" was his successfulliest show in German TV.
