I would love to see a really small venue with max of about 500 people, something like that TD plays EF gig.

Even though I've moved away from there, Bexhill - De La Warr Pavillion. Small intimate award winning art deco venue by the sea with art gallery attached (2 birds 1 stone) - an nice eveninr of music and pictures.........
You can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink...but if you get it to float's on it's back then you've got something...

Just so I can catch the No.50 bus home (biased I know). I went to see the Unhappy Moribunday's there a few years a go and everything was fenced in, seemed safe enough but then again .....

How about the Roundhouse?
Point taken about the rain, that also rules out the Forum - went to see the brilliant Gov't Mule on 21st Nov at the Forum - very much deja vu with the appalling rain and 3 hour set - there was a long continuous stream of rain drops during the second set very much where Edgars head was in 2008.......
