Hi Guys,

Unfortunately our promoter just informed us that he has to postpone the PARIS concert from 12th September
to the 28th March 2010. All tickets bought so far will maintain their validity.
We are very sorry for this postponement but our promoter wants to integrate this concert
into a bigger European tour next spring. There are several important reasons (logistic for example)
to embed the Paris concert into this tour.

Within the 40 years of Tangerine Dream the band very seldom cancelled or postponed a concert
and really hates to do this, as we feel responsible for all our fans worldwide. But this time we unfortunately can’t circumvent it.
Please accept the promoter’s and our deepest apologies for all the inconveniences caused.

Warmest regards,
Tangerine Dream

I'm in the same position as you Ståle, but it's really sad actually, especially for those that decided not to go the German concerts because of this.

Sad for those who have planned to go there. But sounds nice that it will be "a bigger European tour" next year. :D

Bums!

no real problem for me...we'll just have a long weekend in Paris out of it now.

I'm just thankful it wasn't the Berlin gig that was postponed

I feel sorry for people who can't cancel though :(

To be honest I'm really desapointed because for me TD in France is something very important, but of course I have respect for this decision. All the french fans will be there in march 2010.
And I hope that the international fans go to Paris before the London show.

I don't forget that I have many chance to see TD in Japan.

Charles

The Eurostar train from Paris to London takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Perfect! :-)

Sorry to all the parisians and other TD fans that were planning on attending this event this year. Hope for those who booked hotels, transportation, etc. wont lose there money because of this unfortunate postponement.
I may rethink my holidays for next year and maybe try to attend this gig too. And then finish up my holiday in London for the RAH. We will see.

Most hotels can be cancelled now without charge... Flights and train tickets on the other hand...

Bigger tour in 2010 sounds interesting! I hope they return to Ireland - it has been a long time since 1980...

I'm planning my holiday for next year (around the RAH gig), and I'm looking at Poland or Hungary. Maybe they will play in Poland next year? Have they ever played in Budapest?
