Hello,
i was very excited about the Concert. My third TD concert, the first with my girlfriend and the announcement of tree hours of TD music.

Then the shock. Only a few hundred fans at the Waldbühne, so there was no atmosphere. The music was good and the light and laser-show were very good. The sound was also good. I have no complete tracklist becouse i forgot the pen in the car. I can remember on following tracks:

Kiew Mission 2009
Leviathan
Logos
Blue Bridge
One Night In Space
Death Of A Nightingale
No Mans Land
Sphinx Lighting Part 2
Trauma
Sallys Garden
Beyond The Cottage And The Lake
Ayumi's Loom ?
Cloudburtst Flight
Hunter...

No titles from Tangram 2008.

I think they don't perfom the complet set. Only one Encore. Maybe it was to cold and i suppose it's frustrating for a musican to play in such location only for a few hundred fans.

Please have a look on my blog for the correct tracklist (and running order). I took notes at both shows in order to avoid mistakes.

Nonsense. The Waldbühne is an 8000 people venue - did you really expect 8000 guests at a TD show in the middle of nowhere? When you look closely in the DVDs, you always see some free seats, too (for example Tempodrome).

(Not that I think it's fair that for example Kraftwerk as inventors of the electronic beat play sold out tours, and TD, inventors of ambient music, get much less (no?) press coverage - and therefore less guests.)

I really hope TD didn't shorten the show for this reason (still waiting for an explanation). The atmosphere was totally ok. There was always a big crowd in front of the stage, and many more people sitting on ice cold wet benches just to see TD. Of course there was a distance between both, but check out other videos from concerts at Waldbühne, it's always like that. It's just too huge. You have to get a major chart act there to get it full.

Stephan Schelle has been in Northeim and did a nice review of the whole event. For those able to understand German or if you simply like to see some good pictures, check his review at the following URL:

I'm still in Berlin, so I'll wait with posting any thoughts about the show once I get home, although I'm not sure it will be completed anytime soon.

great blog. The setlist looks not bad. Expect the music wasn't either. No great surprises as far as I can see. or you should call Altlas Eyes and Dolphin dance an surprise. Some time ago that it is played, as far as I remember.
