I found this photo on eBay. It seems that we can add another concert to the list of 1972. 8)

it's amazing that old concerts are still being found

I've no idea.

Originally I only knew of an Audimax in Hamburg (TD played there in 1978), but as there's also one in Berlin, I changed the title of the thread.

Audi-Max is an abbreviation of Auditorium Maximum, and there are many of them in Germany. I don't think you can say with 100% certainty that the gig was held in Berlin.

I don't think you can say 100% about any of the gigs...well, unless you were there

don't see Hamburg listed in 1972:

1972

27.3.72 'Schöneberg Planetarium' (Astrodome), Berlin
26.4.72 'Haus Des Runfunks' Masurenallee, Berlin (advertised as the Tangerine Dream Band, presented by BBC radio 'Speak-Easy' with DJ Jimmy Savile) 8.00PM
07.7.72 'Audimax University', Berlin
25.11.72 'Klangwald', WDR TV Sendesaal, Köln: 'Night Music in the WDR, Sound Forest'
2.12.72 ‘Akademie der Künste’ (Academy of Arts), Berlin
Also in 1972
'Concert House', Vienna, Austria
'Palais des Beaux Arts' Einladung Goethe-Institute, Brussels, Belgium
'Deutsche Bibliothek': German Library
'Einladung Goethe-Institute' (by Invitation of the Goethe Institute), Brussels, Belgium

True, but what makes you think it was Berlin?

TD are/were a Berlin based band...in the early days they didn't travel that far...doesn't rule out Hamburg...but look at the list 1968-1973

I have a feeling you are right on this one, however I (as obnoxious I can be) decided to contact the seller of the ticket , to ask if he could remember at which Audi-Max he attended (provided he did).
