Dont worry. Once you are at cruising altitude you are just fine. That is 99% of the flight.

I know exactly how you feel. I used to hate flying terribly.

So very please that some of the TDBA will be present at the LA gig.

I've not even had the courage to broach the subject with my wife yet.

Mind you I know what the answers going to be any way.

This is amazing. I'm very happy for Colin going to this special event.

I would like to go, too, but I'm afraid I have to take loan, and pay off for the rest of my life

Now I understand. If by any chance you get to fly United Airlines, be sure to use the headset to listen to Audio channel 9. That channel lets you hear the pilot talking to the air traffic controllers. I listened to that and overcame my fear of flying. You really learn how many people are working hard to keep that plane in the air and out of trouble. Plus, you can understand exactly why the plane makes the moves that it does. No more wondering, "Why did the plane just do that!". You can hear each command from the controllers. Did worlds of good for me.

Finally a f___n USA show. Thank you EF. "There is a god or whatever you want to call it". Sounds like they'll be playing 40 years of movie and tv soundtracks. Should be interesting! Any takes on what songs or albums you'd like to hear at this gig. "Thief", "Sorcerer" or the "Keep". Any surprise guest. . . . Johannes Schmoelling or Peter Baumann!

I believe so. 40 year anniversary is a milestone for a group to be around. Not many make it that far. So, it would be nice to see a surprise guest or two to show up. Haslinger and Schmoelling was involved with alot of soundtracks during that period of TD's music. EF, hope your reading this post.
