the same as what's featured on Disc 2 of the Esoteric Recordings reissue of ZEIT? The numbers listed with the info for the You Tube post (Part 1 has a running time of 00:00?) don't match up with the CD, plus Part 2 says 37:27 while the video itself has a run time of 1:18;10? I'm cornfused...

They're not the running times. They're the index time that each tracks starts. You can click on the time to go straight to the track concerned.
I've seen this done on other YouTube videos where the uploader has put an entire album on and has indexed the track start times.
It does look a bit weird because there are only 2 tracks, I admit.

Track 1 starts at 00:00 (naturally)
Track 2 starts at 37:27 minutes into the video

It does, thanks. So just to be clear- it's the same recording found on Disc 2 of the Esoteric Zeit reissue? The sound seemed way too clean for a boot recording that ended up being uploaded.

It's the same recording (sourced from TT52). Boot doesn't necessarily mean poor quality. There are some excellent but previously unreleased soundboard recordings (Berlin 1987, Berlin 1980 [complete concert], Reims 1974) one can't understand why such treasures were not released.
