is there something wrong with this copy of endless season?

this isn't mine, the photos were provided to me.

description from seller on Allegro:

2011 eastgate music and arts / traditional case + full booklet (it's a jewel case, membran wasn't mentioned)
and then only the tracklist & cover taken from net (no real shot)

it came in a jewel case. disc doesn't fit. other digipack re-issues from membran DO fit the case.

I would say there is nothing wrong with it. It may be that it's an early issue. I have the Eastgate version which is in a jewel case. The booklet in yours advertises the other Membran discs, with the digipak sleeve.

On one of the posts someone mentions that they have a jewel case version, but then someone else says they have received a digipak.
Over on discogs there are a couple of images of the Membran release that are the same as the ones you put on photobucket.

Just below the "Tangerine" segment on the bottom corner of the rear sleeve it clearly mentions Membran.
Also in the text at the side it says:

As for the CD not fitting properly....I dunno. Maybe a faulty batch of jewel cases.

Anyone else with the same problem, or with a different opinion on this one ?

My copy isn't an edition by Membran ; it was bought from the TD shop Well, it's an Eastgate pressing without any bar code, as often.
I don't have the "adverts" about the other seasons in the booklet, but the rest of the booklet seems the same. Mine has got 8 pages.
My CD is different yet : there's a serigraphy on a black background with the blue dragon under set in the middle, under an orange sun.

Strange how they change some basic things like this.

The hole in the CD is too big for the jewel case center part or too narrow ? Sorry I couldn't see.... IT's annoyinng in both cases, anyway.. if it's too wide... CD might pop out of the box... But if it's too small, maybe you can use a soft file to erose it progressively to make it fit the center part.

Or simpler just to use a different jewel case.

I normally have empty ones just in case I buy a CD from the local market or off ebay that has a broken case.
