Re: NEW EDGAR FROESE TRIBUTE ALBUM RELEASED

I still have to purchase more Edgar and Tangerine Dream Cds. The tribute CD sounds good but I will only listen to Cd's featuring Edgar's music- not emulating Edgar's music.

Re: As a tribute to Edgar Froese (RIP)

I am eternally indebted to Edgar Froese for his mystical, visionary, spiritual, creative, eclectic and incomparable music. I also want to thank Jerome Froese and the late Monica Froese for being integral to his career. CF, PM, JS, PH and the incredible 2014 Band that recorded Sorcerer live and the a...

Re: rest in peace Edgar

I write this to Edgar since he is with us in the spirit world. I discovered your visionary and enlightening music when I was 14. I am now 54 and love it more than ever. I have over 200 hundred of your Cds. The best electronic musician ever. Boundlessly creative, prolific, visionary, erudite and fear...

An incredible concert and climactic ending to Edgar's astounding musical journey. The three Cd's are impeccably flawless and the Booklet is wondrous. God bless Edgar !!!!!!!

Re: Interview on P.O.E.M. about Edgar Froese tribute album

There will never be another Edgar Froese. I started to listen to his music in 1974 all the way to the awesome 2014 concert in Australia. Tangerine Dream were always awesome but I much preferred Edgar's solo material including TD albums that he rerecorded. He was the founder, the leader, the visionar...

EDgar's Vegetarianism !

In the UCLA interview Edgar stated that he went vegetarian when he was 35 years old. That means it happened sometime in 1979 or early 1980. Another very cool vegetarian is guitar legend Jeff Beck. During the course of many years he's had hundreds of pet cats, dogs and even a herd of pet sheep at his...

Edgar's Vegetarianism

It was nice to read that Edgar still abstains from meat and fish. Killing animals for food is inhumane and causes more global warming and environmental toxicity than any other destructive human behavior. His music improved after he turned vegetarian too.

Edgar Froese has boundless talent, ingenuity and an ardent work ethic that galvanizes him to seek musical perfection. His mastery of so many instruments including his dynamic guitar riffs are idyllic. Edgar's longstanding peaceful vegetarianism is conducive for optimum Karma. Gandhi would concur.

Edgar Froese reigns supreme as a solo artist and as the sole member of Tangerine Dream. It's like Jeff Beck. The great guitarist's best albums do no not have lead vocalists on them and are primarily instrumental. Edgar Froese and Jeff Beck- Talented and compassionate vegetarians rule. Ambient Highwa...

I love all of Edgar's solo CD's and the 2007 and 2008 CD's that he's exclusively composed and performed on as Tangerine Dream. My favorite Tangerine Dream is Edgar solo. On another note I did not Know that Monika Froese passed away several years ago. I loved her photographs and work. God bless her b...

The anti-hunting song "Hunter Shot By A Yellow Rabbit" is awesome. Great message and excellent guitar work and electronic music. I agree with Edgar that hunting foxes and other wildlife is inhumane and cruel.

It's a no brainer that Edgar Froese is the main man. I love "Beyond The Storm", all "The Ambient Highway CDs" and his rerecordings of his 1970's CDs. His PHAEDRA rerecording is great and his rerecordings on Tangents and The Dream Roots collection are stellar. Edgar is Tangerine D...

This is very easy. Edgar's Ambient Highway Series and Beyond The Storm are amazing. All of his solo CDs are good and some rival the quality of vintage Tangerine Dream recordings. Jerome's one really great song is "The Fade From Death To Afterlife". Neptunes is very impressive ! Remember, E...
