There were plenty of people on the forum excited and prepared to put their money upfront to support would should b...

Re: 1985 - 1990: The Chaotic Years
My understanding is that Edgar took on more of a management role from the mid-80s and left much of the composing side to Haslinger (esp. Optical Race, Lily on the Beach, Melrose).

Re: Wolfgang Duren
I met Wolfgang when he was working for TD on the 1980 tour during the set up at Ipswich Gaumont. He very kindly showed me around the equipment, gave me some PPG literature and told me about 'Eyeless Dreams', which I bought.

Re: Edgar's Autobiography "Force Majeure"
According to the newsletter the delay is due to the lengthy translation, interest from publishing companies and 'some other factors'. There's no suggestion that Edgar hasn't finished the writing.

For grandness - Royal Albert Hall '75, for atmosphere - Victoria Apollo '80, for volume - Croydon '76, for crazyness - Hammersmith Odeon '78, for content - Croydon '82.

I believe there is a recording.Mac cuber transfer wrote:Victoria Apollo London 1980
sadly, I don't know of any recording of the Victoria gig, I would dearly love to hear that again, particularly the wonderful silver scale.

Poor Johannes. First he doesn't get credited for TD albums that he appears on, now his Spotify page shows a picture of Edgar. I notified Spotify about the error two months ago, but they've not corrected it.
