Tangerine Dream Berlin locations

I'm planning to visit some historical sites upon my next visit to Berlin.
Of course, Schwäbische Strasse is a well-known address, and so is Bundesallee where Peter Baumann had his Paragon studio. Does anybody know where Chris Franke used to reside while he was still a member of the band, or where the ballroom was located that was used as a recording studio throughout the 1980s? How about the rehearsal space shown in "Signale aus der Schwäbischen Strasse" which seems to have been some kind of abandoned factory?
Any pointers would be highly welcome.
