TD music used on soap "General Hospital"

When I was growing up, my mother watched a soap called "General Hospital" which is still in syndication today in the U.S. During the late 80's to early 90's, I noticed some music used in the soap by TD. Some of the material is from "firestarter", "Three O' Clock High", "Wavelength", "Risky Business" and others.

I finally found some vintage clips of material, see what you think. Never thought TD's music would appear on soaps!!

The following year (1990) featured some material
off the "Wavelength" release. Most episodes featured "Airshaft" and "Breakout" through the episodes which featured a character named Faison. There is other music which sounds like TD, but not sure if it is from the TD crew.

There are many more, but too time consuming to go through each one. I thought I would post this since many might not be aware of TD's music being used as music for this show.

I don't blame you, my mother watched this soap and I hated it, but after I was introduced to TD, I noticed their music instantly mainly because I was familiar with the music that was used on these episodes such as from "Wavelength", "Firestarter", and "Risky Business".

The show is still in syndication today, but my last recollection of TD's music being used here was around 1990 or 1991, the time I moved out on my own and away from this soap. I thought this was an interesting tidbit and it goes to show how TD's music has inspired many producers of TV shows to use their material to fit in with certain scenes.
