German language articles

Post by 24db »

I bought a small collection of TD German language articles the other day, amongst which is a rather nice shot of TD live in 1972/73, as well as a photo Chris Franke in Munich in 1975. I'll post a few extracts asap

Excellent picture. That's quite a serious organ in the background too. I wonder if they ever used it in the performance? I wondered the same about the Coventry Cathedral concert too.

Blimey look at the organ in the background!!! (phnarr..phnarr)

Wonder if TD were allowed to use it in their set?

I would think that they would have found it irresistable.

Is this not the second photo of late to show CF 'out of position' ? Or is it the same concert ? Last one was the one where someone commented on the TV camera logo being similar to CNN or something :?

it was ORF actually Tim...making it in Austria...the above one is in Germany in Cologne.

Taking of rare photos I've just received three photos from the Royal Albert Hall in 1976. They'll be on the blog soon. Many thanks to the fan who sent these to me and his brother who took them aged 14!!!!!!!!!!!.
