Insvims, so you didn't buy the deluxe edition of Walk Between Worlds with 3 bonus tracks?

There are three bonus tracks on the CD. I bought both that and the LP. And a fourth bonus track on the vinyl single.

There is also a standard CD version with just 8 tracks.

Same here.

A friend of mine ordered it from wowhd.dk. He got it faster and cheaper...

No. Not the biggest Schulze fan, I bought Beyond Recall to test him out a bit, but found it rather dull.

There is no way you can judge his career by listening to one album. Beyond Recall was my first purchase of KS, and still one of my favourites. But you know, this is from his sampling era, so to speak. And that is not for everyone. Personally I love it, but albums like Timewind, Mirage or X from the 70's or albums like Inter*Face and Audentity from the 80's or the more recent Moonlake and Kontinuum from the 2000's may be more to your taste. Or the fantastic 5-CD box Contemporary Works 2 from 2002, which is my favourite release from KS.

I like parts of the Rheingold DVD, and the Havlandet soundtrack. I doubt I will like the 70s stuff, but I may check out the other stuff you mentioned. I remember liking Playmate In Paradise from Moonlake. One of the things I dislike about Schulze is that he sometimes says the same thing for 30 minutes, when he could have said it in 7. But I know you don't agree about that...

I have always been fascinated with the small details and minimal changes in music. The changes are there, but they are often extremely subtle during a 20, 30, 40 or for that matter, 70 minute piece. Listening to these and listening for the variations are like a kind of meditation to me.

Klaus Schulze- Silhouettes (2LP/CD)

I just pre-ordered this georgeous set. See a higher resolution photo of it here:

I love that they included the CD with the vinyl!
Really looking forward to this album, which I have heard is a very meditative one.
