Apart from the pronoucation of Thames I haven't got a problem with Tyger at all. There's some fantastic music on it. That irks me every time I hear it, and I'm not even British! You'd think that would have gotten corrected in rehearsals or at least they could have done a retake. Somewhere I still h...

I think all of the best sequencer riffs are found on Sorcerer (but then I would, wouldn't I). For me it's a toss-up among: Betrayal (definitive TD sequencing) Grind (stunning, gripping, driving sequence) Impressions of Sorcerer (the one and only example of TD doing reggae! Da mighty dread Dream Boys...

If someone told me that I could have only one TD album for the rest of my life, it would be Sorcerer , because I couldn't live without it. Even Encore and Stratosfear have a few weaker moments, but for me, Sorcerer is pure, top-quality, definitive TD at their peak, from the first moment to the last.

Another curiosity. The FM-recording of this (complete with announcer, which makes it authentic) is totally different to the Tree-version (which has no announcer). But both are great TD-recordings with great music, like Zeit/Atem I listened to both of these back-to-back, but it's difficult to make a...

Judging from the some of the posts here, it seems that many people put a lot to effort into collecting the recordings, but very little time into actually listening to them. That said, I've had my collection laid out on a table for the past few weeks and have been revisiting a lot of them. I like to ...
